Service Standards


EELU recognizes that students need an efficient academic and administrative service.  To ensure that students receive the attention needed to succeed academically; the EELU has developed a set of service standards.


These standards are provided by the EELU to:

 • Determine if the service standard is being met.

 • Determine who to contact for follow-ups.

 • Determine when to involve the person/office in charge.
